Meta Data Deletion Instructions

April Collective uses a private integration with the Meta Marketing API to manage advertising assets owned by April Collective.

This page explains how to request deletion of information stored by this integration. It does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta ad account, campaigns, or information controlled by Meta.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@aprilcollective.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.
2. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account connection.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, or other sensitive credentials by email.

Information covered by the request

After verifying the request, we will delete applicable information held by the April Collective integration, which may include:

• Meta user, system user, business, Page, Instagram, or ad account identifiers;
• stored authorization credentials and access tokens; and
• associated integration and activity logs, where applicable.

We will also revoke or remove the associated integration access where applicable and confirm when the request has been completed.
