Delivery Timeline

At April Collective, we aim to deliver your essentials within 4–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. We work hard to ensure our delivery process matches the quality of our pieces.

Order Processing

Timeline: All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete.
Commencement: Processing begins once payment is successfully received.

Order Cancellation

All orders are final: Once an order is placed, it enters our system immediately for processing. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed.
Please double-check your selection, size, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
Methods: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Coverage

Domestic: We deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India.
Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote locations may require an additional 1–2 business days.
International: We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Delays & Address Accuracy

Delays: While we strive to meet our 4–7 day commitment, occasional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. April Collective is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
Changes: Address modifications cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
