Refund policy

🔄 Returns & Store Credit

Every piece is made for you — on purpose, from scratch. So if something isn't right, we genuinely want to know.

You have 4 days from delivery to raise a return request.

What's eligible

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors
  • Original packaging is still intact
  • The item wasn't bought during a sale or promotion — those are Final Sale, with no returns or store credit

How it works

  1. Request — Email contact@aprilcollective.com within 4 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the item.
  2. Pickup — We'll arrange a pickup for the item.
  3. Resolution — Once it's picked up, we'll ship your replacement or issue store credit for a return.

Store credit & size exchanges

  • Size exchange — We send out your replacement in the size you need
  • Return — Your refund is issued as store credit
  • Timeline — Store credit lands within 14 business days of pickup
  • Validity — Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Haven't seen your store credit 15 business days after pickup? Email us right away at contact@aprilcollective.com and we'll sort it.

🛠️ Defective or wrong items

We made it — so if it arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us, and we'll fix it fast.

  • Email contact@aprilcollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the issue
  • We aim to resolve quality concerns within 24 hours

📦 A quick note on made-to-order

Every April Collective piece is made the moment you order it — never before. That's why we can't offer direct refunds. What we can promise: if something goes wrong on our end, we'll always make it right.
