returns & exchanges policy

🔄 Returns 
We want you to love your piece. If the fit isn’t right, you can raise a return request within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains.
  • Packaging: All original packaging and tags must remain intact.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
The Return Process
  1. Request: Email contact@aprilcollective.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the product within 4 days of delivery.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your item at our warehouse, our team will perform a quality check.
  3. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds & Size Exchanges
If your return is approved:
  • Store Credit: You will receive your refund in the form of Store Credit.
  • Size Exchanges: To exchange for a different size, simply use your Store Credit to place a new order for the size you need.
  • Timeline: Store credit will be issued within 14 business days of approval.
  • Validity: Your store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

[!IMPORTANT] If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us immediately.

If your order arrives with a defect, we are committed to resolving it quickly.
  • Action: Email contact@aprilcollective.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • Commitment: We aim to resolve all quality-related concerns within 24 hours.
